Method

  4. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the pan with the pancetta, tossing to combine.
  5. Remove the pan from heat and quickly pour in the egg and cheese mixture, stirring constantly to create a creamy sauce.
  6. Season with freshly ground black pepper and serve immediately.
